Everyone is very nice and helpful.
I personally want to thank Jason from Tech Support. He went way out
of his way to help me with a problem I had with my new wireless network.
He did not try to speed me through so he could go home, he really wanted
to help me and did not care how long it took. As more tech support
centers are loosing their customer service I can tell that Telness
is focused in this area. It shows and it is well received. I will recomend
this company to all of my friends and clients.
