Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Summary of Position:

Our inside sales team is responsible for the sales of Telnes Broadband services by turning prospects into satisfied customers through cold calling and the direct sales force.

Responsibilities include:

Upholding the utmost level of integrity
Customer Service is the key
Prospect for business customers nationwide through cold calling, networking and lead generation
Exploring new way to capitalize on market efforts
Follow up on leads
Build and maintain database of account information
Attain monthly sales quotas

Position requires:

High energy and results driven
Degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years sales experience
Ability to learn new products
Self confidence
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Time management and presentation skills

Job Title: Channel Manager

Summary of Position:

Our channel account executives are responsible for aggressively pursuing unique partnerships, sales and distribution channels.

Responsibilities include:

Achievement of sales to meet predefined goals
Promote a positive corporate image of Telnes Broadband by adhering to appropriate and specified standards and procedures in all sales, support and service deliver activities.
Build partner relationships
Leverage relationships to increase sales

Position requires:

BA degree and/or five years outside sales
MBA is a plus
Excellent oral, written, time management and presentation skills
Ability to persuade or influence individuals using oral communications skills
Understanding of diverse technologies is a plus (software/hardware knowledge)
Result and action orientated

Job Title: Corporate Account Manager

Summary of Position:

The corporate account manager is responsible for assessing customer needs and providing solutions utilizing Telnes Broadband products and services.

Responsibilities include:

Actively pursue corporate customers through networking and lead generation
Overcoming customer objections on products and services
Establish and maintain credibility and trust
Entertain to establish rapport and strengthen relationships
Gather account intelligence
Leverage internal advocates
Raise the competitive "bar"

Position requires:

BA degree and five years outside sales experience
Excellent oral, written, time management and presentation skills
History of six figure salary
Ability to manage multiple projects to completion
Extreme confidence and drive
Experience in telecom and/or tech
Consultative sales experience
